Explore Engineering is a program, sponsored by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, designed to introduce middle and high school students to the world of engineering through activities, projects, and contests.

This program, which takes place on the Rose-Hulman campus, is meant to show students that science and engineering are interesting and fun!

Who: The Explore Engineering program is open to 6th through 12th graders (or the equivalent if    homeschooled) interested in engineering and science.
When: Programs are usually planned for twice a month from mid-September (Sept. 25th) through mid-April (schedule).    Meetings are scheduled to begin at 7pm and end between 8:30 and 8:45. There is no attendance    requirement. Students will receive information about upcoming events, and they can choose to attend    the programs that interest them.
Where: The program is held on the campus of Rose-Hulman (map and directions). Meetings start in the    presentation room of Myers Hall from which students are escorted to classrooms and laboratories    throughout campus for that evening's activity. We will return to Myers Hall at the end of the program.    Parents are welcome to remain on campus. Myers Hall has a lobby area with tables and chairs for    parents to complete work and relax with a good book.
Cost: There is a one time registration fee of $10 per student. This is the only cost associated with the    program. Please make checks payable to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Download the registration form in PDF format for mail in registration
